Being an adult still we have to learn how to manage our money effectively. It is unquestionable that money is very important part in our live. It is advisable that we have to teach our children money management while they are still on the early stage of live. Teaching a kid with money management properly would benefit for the future live of the kids concern. Here is the basic money management teaching for your kids.

1. Purpose of money.
The first lesson to your kids is about the purpose of money. Tell to the kids that we can exchange the money with goods and services. On the normal circumstances, at age of three kids usually will understand about what you are explaining. When you go on shopping ask your kids to hand over the money to the cashier. This will show the kids that those goods you buy is exchanged with money.

2. We should careful with our money.
Most people are not bothering with small amount of money. When we are cleaning the house or something we simply throw away the coin to the bin. It is not smarting to do. Show to your children that small money is as important as bigger money. Adding more coins would add up. Provide Small coin family box would be a good start to teach kids about respecting the value of money.

3. You want to have money, earn it.
There are many people out there who just never learn about this lesson. Many people expect to receive hand out while they them self sitting and hanging around doing nothing.
